His career spans supported independent living, support coordination, and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA). Driven by personal lived experience with family members in full-time supported accommodation, Scott is passionate about amplifying the voices of people with disabilities and breaking down barriers to their inclusion. As a strategic leader, he is dedicated to ensuring that existing SDA homes in New South Wales empower customers with independence through better housing design and support options, advocating for true choice and quality of life.
