Evan is a CEO at Accordwest with over 30 years in leadership roles across various sectors. 

Evan has been fortunate to gain strong Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Finance and Accounting and Corporate Strategy experience.

As a CPA, Chartered Secretary and Graduate of the AICD , Evan has led organisational transformation, mergers and acquisitions and new business development in multiple sectors.  Developing his diverse thinking and problem solving by working in mining, government enterprises, for purpose organisations and the start-up of a top 50 company on the ASX. His creative problem solving, team building, and collaboration skills in leadership positions in aged care, disability, and social services have been valuable to the WA community over the last 15 years.

Evan is passionate about making a positive difference to the environment, as evidenced by his board leadership role with the Tenkile Conservation Alliance, a prestigious PNG based NGO that is helping to save endangered species and rare habitats. Evan recognises and respects the culture, rights, and aspirations of aboriginal people in Australia and the region, mainly by doing practical work to benefit first nations people, this is fundamental to his outlook for the success of current and future generations of Australians.

Evan has experience in Aged Care and retirement living with the Swancare Board the largest single site in WA, delivering award winning expansion projects. The roles he has as a Director with Community Employers WA Board and as a Committee member with the WA Alliance to end Homelessness both as a regional representative,  compliment his current leadership role with Accordwest.
