Danielle joined the Queensland Department of Housing, Local Government, Planning and Public Works in early 2024, with a career spanning 23 years of proven leadership across frontline, strategic and operational public policy in large and complex government agencies.
Danielle leads the Policy, Performance and First Nations division, ensuring a strategic approach to policy; intergovernmental relations; performance; regulation; reporting; legislation; and frontline and capital housing and homelessness service delivery in remote and discrete Indigenous communities.
Danielle has held a range of executive leadership roles in the Queensland Government including Deputy Director-General, Lands and Registrar of Titles in the Department of Resources; head of Economic Policy in the Department of the Premier and Cabinet; and Assistant Director-General, State Schools Operations in the Department of Education.
