Bill is an infrastructure expert with over 20 years of executive experience in the public and private sectors, both in Australia and globally. His career spans government policy, infrastructure development and acquisition, project due diligence, project financing, business case preparation, and property-related structuring.   Bill led infrastructure policy for the NSW Government as Executive Director in the NSW Premier’s Department from 2000-2004, worked at Macquarie Bank then in private equity across Asia for 10 years, mainly in China and was CEO, Principal, Partner & Director of SGS Economics and Planning from 2015-2021.
